Serving Veterans, Active Duty, National Guard, Reservists and Surviving Spouses
This program can assist with the following emergency services:
- Case Management to self-sufficiency
- Rent if facing eviction
- Utilities if facing disconnection
- All discharge statuses with the exception of dishonorable discharge
Required documentation:
- DD214, VA ID Card, NGB Form 22, or USIC Card (not all inclusive)
- Picture ID for all adults in the household
- Birth certificate for all children in the household
- Eviction notice and lease
- Disconnection notice
