Emergency Financial Assistance Program

One-time emergency financial assistance to prevent homelessness and utility disconnection as well as provide financial coaching and budgeting assessment for income-eligible individuals and families.

Rental or Utility Assistance – Callers may call on Monday and Friday to get placed on the rent and utility assistance waitlist. If services are disconnected, please get in touch with us to be placed on the utility and rent assistance waitlist, as a case manager will have to assess the circumstances.

SNAP Assistance – Case managers can assist individuals and families with accessing Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) food assistance.

Case Management & Coaching Services

Our Case Managers offer supportive services to help clients achieve stability and self-sufficiency, including:

  • Financial literacy education
  • Budget assessments
  • Goal planning
  • Resume Assistance

Appointment Information

  • Appointment calls are accepted every Monday at 8:30 AM
  • Appointments are required and limited per week

 

Wrap Around Services:

  • Assist Individuals with applying for SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program)
  • Referrals provided for Employment and Job Training.
  • Counseling
  • Food & Clothing
